Dear Sir:

Today I attended a recital given by David Voegels at 1st Baptist Church in
downtown Denver, Colorado. At 126 ranks, the Aeolian-Skinner instrument is
the largest organ in Denver, if not all of Colorado. It was, until very
recently, one of the least known & heard organs around here, 'till the
Denver chapter AGO sponsored an organ recital series, of which today's
performance was a part. An intersting historic tidbit--The instrument was
originally built for the late Senator Emerson Richards of New Jersey as his
house organ [!!]. He donated the instrument to 1st Baptist in 1950. I wasn't
sure if this instrument appears in the Osiris archive, so if not, the
specification follows for your consideration for placement in Osiris:
